Jannike is a certified Reiki practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and wellness coach who blends energy work with mindset coaching, emotional wellness, and nervous system support. Through her work at Nourish, she helps clients reconnect with themselves and cultivate lasting balance in both body and spirit.
Her Reiki sessions are intuitive and personalized—often incorporating gentle breath, somatic awareness, and energetic rituals like cord cutting or grounding visualizations. Sessions are designed to help you release what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and feel more centered and empowered in your daily life.

What to Expect
Each Reiki session with Jannike lasts 60–75 minutes and is thoughtfully designed to support you on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
You’ll begin with a short conversation to check in and clarify your intention. From there, you’ll lie down fully clothed while she uses hands-on or hands-off Reiki techniques (your choice) to guide energy through your body’s natural pathways.
Jannike may incorporate breath cues, visualizations, intuitive messages, or energetic tools like cord cutting or grounding practices to deepen the experience. After the session, you’ll take time to reflect and integrate anything that came up so you leave feeling grounded, calm, and clear.
No experience is necessary. Just bring your openness and a willingness to receive.
