Nourish Health And Wellness

Love your life. Move your body. Nourish your soul.

Nicole

CEO, Certified Personal Trainer, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner

Hi, I am Nicole Trautman. I am the CEO and the owner of Nourish Health and Wellness.

I grew up in a small Saskatchewan town called Sedley, and I began my fitness journey in 2013. Like many of us, I overcame my own weight loss, and the journey never ended. I continued to achieve many more personal objectives.

I’ve always been active. Growing up, I participated in every sport imaginable, from volleyball to fastball, track and field, and yes, even dance! My passion for health and fitness inspired me to want to help others. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 9 years and have obtained other sport nutrition certifications along the way. I am currently pursuing a holistic nutrition diploma in sports nutrition and nutritional counseling.

I believe that proper diet and training go hand in hand, and that combining the two will yield the best results.

My passion led me to bodybuilding after a few years of working out in the gym. I wanted to push myself. I completed three figure shows in 2014, 2016, and 2019. I also trained in MMA, kickboxing, and wrestling during my fitness journey. In 2017, I participated in two strongwoman competitions. I still enjoy all three training methods, but I have no plans to compete at this time.

Fitness, in my opinion, is about living a happy and healthy lifestyle and becoming comfortable in your own skin. We must learn to live a sustainable lifestyle while appreciating the little things in life. When you incorporate holistic methods into your daily routines, it all comes together.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

Jannike

Certified Personal Trainer, Coach, Nutrition Coach

After decades of climbing the corporate ladder, working for the public sector, and resigning myself to a life unfulfilled, I now live my life with passion and drive, and I’m ready to help you reclaim that vigour in your own life!

My fitness journey began in my late 20s out of necessity to break bad habits and improve my relationship with food and my body. I began by participating in boot-camp classes and took up running with my parents. I spent the next 4 years as a competitive kick-boxer learning discipline, confidence, and motivation as I challenged myself physically and mentally. After a head injury took me out, my focus shifted to lifestyle health and wellness, specifically nutrition.

It was not until I began working with Nourish as a client that I recognized the impact overall health and wellness had on my quality of life. It was at that time it became apparent I wanted to pursue this as a career and help others regain control of their health. Since then I have completed by CPT through ISSA, obtained my PN1 through Precision Nutrition, completed a course through DLD ONFC which focused on online fitness and nutrition coaching, and am currently working towards my Applied Nutrition diploma through the Alive Academy.

My goal is to provide you with the tools to live a life grounded in holistic health – taking care of your mind, body, and spirit with proper nutrition, movement, and mental fortitude.

Bethany

Certified Personal Trainer, Coach, Nutrition Coach

Hola! My name’s Bethany. I’m originally a farm girl from southern Saskatchewan!

I’ve always had a passion for fitness! I grew up playing competitive sports, which led me to a scholarship down south playing volleyball! Upon returning home, I settled down and had my little boy Noah. He is the light of my life and my greatest motivator. However, after having Noah I experienced severe postpartum depression.

Focusing on my health and wellness was ultimately what helped me navigate through my PPD. I decided to take the holistic approach – cleaned up my nutrition, moved my body, received mentorship, engaged in regular counselling, and as time went on I was able to breathe again.

My journey inspired me to further my education in receiving my personal training, along with studying nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Having the love for education pushed me to continue on in the Holistic industry and complete my Holistic Life Coaching from a school in Australia.

I am proud to say that I have turned my passion to serve into a career where I lead my clients to fulfil their potential while creating a safe space where they can work toward living a more vibrant life. I specialise in working with women who have struggled with balancing the needs of those around them with their own health and wellness (don’t we all?).

Together my clients and I use the tools and resources needed for them to learn how to fill their own cups first so that they can better serve their loved ones and community.

Aaryn

Nicole’s Assistant, Certified Personal Trainer

My name is Aaryn and I am the personal assistant of Nicole! I am 27 years old and I was born and raised in Moose Jaw. Fitness and being active have always been apart of me. Growing up I was always active in sports; hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer. And I wasn’t someone who was new to the gym. When it came to nutrition, I always ate the best I could and never really had any solid knowledge on portion sizes in order to reach my goals.

About 3 years ago is when I really started to take my fitness and wellness journey seriously. I had been following Nicole for quite sometime on social media and got to know her well through Instagram and the gym.

When COVID hit, Nicole was was offering an 8 week at home program and asked if I was interested. To be honest, I was hesitant at first. But after some back and forth, she made me feel confident enough. So I said yes! Best decision I ever made. I’ve lost over 40lbs and she showed how to fuel my body properly with whole foods and helped me build my daily routines I have to this day.

Her and her business have been a huge impact and support in my life. I firmly believe in what they do and how they help people, which lead me to the decision to officially become apart of the team as her assistant this year!

I am currently working towards completing my CPT certification and will continue into nutrition and coaching certifications.

I can’t wait to support you on your wellness journey!

Christine

“I am so blessed and privileged to find belonging as one of the most unique components of the Nourish Health & Wellness client journey as your Mental Health Therapist. Nourish Health & Wellness is committed to a service delivery that is rooted in holistic health. They, like myself, believe client Mental Health support and services are integral for success; which my Private Practice, Walk Alongside Counseling offers in partnership with Nourish Health & Wellness.”

Walk Alongside Counseling’s vision is helping women walk away from detrimental thoughts and patterns of behavior that are limiting their ability to live a life where they are able to activate their gifts, honor their commitments, and walk in alignment with their purpose.

“We walk alongside individuals, leaving them in better condition than when we first connected.”

I have been serving as a registered therapist in Human Services for over 30 years, and in the last few years, I have increased my focus to serve in private practice offering one on one counseling for women in the Nourish Health and Wellness Community as a priority, as well I accept female clients outside of this community; when I have availability to do so,
pending my caseload.

My Private Counseling Practice also offers Nourish clients a discounted rate for all services such as Mastermind Programs, Workshops, Group Therapy and of course all professional counseling options, always focused on bettering the lives of women who are brave enough to step into a season of vulnerability and seek support to navigate specific areas in their lives which are presently imbalanced, or experiencing seasons of hardship. I am here to tell you first and foremost… EVERYONE needs support at sometime in our lives.

We believe that everyone, regardless of flaws or mistaken beliefs, is intrinsically worthy of connection, which is love and belonging through lived experiences.”
