These workshops are hosted by Nicole and Jannike, combining our unique expertise in breathwork, energy healing, Reiki and somatics to guide you through deeply transformative sessions.
We will align these gatherings with the energy of the Moon, using this natural cycle as a powerful time for letting go and creating space for what’s next.
What to Expect
These are in-person experiences where you’ll be supported in safely exploring your body, breath, and energy. We’ll guide you through a session that blends breathwork with hands-on energy healing and reiki work.
You’ll begin with a short pre-session chat to ground into your intention. From there, we’ll move into guided breathwork, intuitive energy healing, and time to integrate with journaling or sharing afterward.
You don’t need any previous experience, just come as you are, ready to breathe, release, and reconnect.
Facilitated by Nicole & Jannike
We are both certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioners who bring together two powerful healing modalities. Breathwork and energy healing to create transformational spaces for growth, release, and reconnection.
Nicole is a Master Breathwork Facilitator, combining intentional breath practices with hands-on energy work and emotional release to support deep nervous system regulation and embodied healing.
Jannike is a Reiki Master and intuitive guide who channels gentle yet potent energy healing to help you feel grounded, balanced, and spiritually aligned.
Together, we offer a unique and powerful fusion of breath and energy work. Our workshops are designed to be safe, supportive, and deeply nourishing, blending science with spirit to help you come back home to yourself in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and whole.
What to Bring
We want you to feel grounded and comfortable throughout the entire experience. Here’s what we recommend bringing:
- Yoga mat – Something to lie on comfortably (some spaces provide and we will always announce before)
- Cozy blanket – Your body temperature may shift during breathwork
- Pillow or bolster – For added support under your knees or head
- Water bottle – Stay hydrated before and after the session
- Journal + pen – For intention setting and post-session reflection
- An eye mask or scarf – To help you turn inward and minimize visual distractions
- Comfortable layers – Dress in loose, cozy clothing
- An open heart and mind – No expectations, just a willingness to be present
