What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an active meditation technique using conscious, controlled breathing patterns to shift energy, emotions, and mindset. Unlike passive meditation, breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous system and helps release stress, trauma, and blocked energy from the body.
It’s one of the fastest and most effective ways to drop out of your mind and into your body.

Nicole is a certified breathwork facilitator trained through Breathless, one of the world’s leading organizations in conscious connected breathwork and high-performance breath training. Her education fused modern science with ancient wisdom, focusing on somatic release, trauma-informed practices, and nervous system regulation.
At Breathless, Nicole trained under globally recognized facilitators in both group and one-on-one settings, gaining the tools to guide powerful emotional release, enhance resilience, and support deep inner healing through the breath.
With a background in holistic nutrition and years of coaching experience through her company, Nourish, Nicole blends breathwork with mind-body wellness to help others reconnect to themselves on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Her facilitation is intuitive, grounded, and always held in a safe, supportive space.

What to Expect
Each breathwork session with me lasts 90 minutes and is designed to guide you through a powerful, grounded experience. Whether you’re joining a private or group session, my intention is always to hold a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported.
We begin with a short pre-session chat where I’ll check in with you and help you set an intention. From there, I’ll guide you through 40-60 minutes of breathing techniques. I incorporate hands-on work (with your consent) and somatic cues to support emotional release and nervous system regulation. I also use a curated playlist to help guide your breath and allow you to move through whatever is ready to be felt and released.
After the breathwork, we’ll spend time integrating your experience through reflection. You’ll have space to share what came up if you feel called, and I’ll support you in processing and landing gently after the session.
You don’t need any prior experience. Just an open heart, your breath, and a willingness to feel.
