Nicole

CEO, Certified Personal Trainer, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner

Hi, I am Nicole Trautman. I am the CEO and the owner of Nourish Health and Wellness.

I grew up in a small Saskatchewan town called Sedley, and I began my fitness journey in 2013. Like many of us, I overcame my own weight loss, and the journey never ended. I continued to achieve many more personal objectives.

I’ve always been active. Growing up, I participated in every sport imaginable, from volleyball to fastball, track and field, and yes, even dance! My passion for health and fitness inspired me to want to help others. I’ve been a certified personal trainer for 9 years and have obtained other sport nutrition certifications along the way. I am currently pursuing a holistic nutrition diploma in sports nutrition and nutritional counseling.

I believe that proper diet and training go hand in hand, and that combining the two will yield the best results.

My passion led me to bodybuilding after a few years of working out in the gym. I wanted to push myself. I completed three figure shows in 2014, 2016, and 2019. I also trained in MMA, kickboxing, and wrestling during my fitness journey. In 2017, I participated in two strongwoman competitions. I still enjoy all three training methods, but I have no plans to compete at this time.

Fitness, in my opinion, is about living a happy and healthy lifestyle and becoming comfortable in your own skin. We must learn to live a sustainable lifestyle while appreciating the little things in life. When you incorporate holistic methods into your daily routines, it all comes together.

Hi, I’m Jannike Matlock – Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Reiki Master, and Wellness Coach.

After years of chasing success in the corporate world, I found myself living a life that looked good on the outside—but felt disconnected on the inside. I knew there had to be more. My personal wellness journey began as a way to heal my relationship with food, movement, and my body. What started as a physical transformation quickly evolved into something deeper—a reconnection to my energy, my intuition, and my purpose.
From bootcamps and running clubs to years as a competitive kickboxer, I’ve always turned to movement as medicine. But after a head injury forced me to slow down, I began exploring the deeper layers of healing—how nutrition, nervous system support, and energy work all intertwine. That path led me to pursue holistic health professionally and join the team at The Nourish Company.
Today, I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, certified Reiki Master, and wellness coach, helping individuals reconnect to themselves through nourishing food, intuitive energy work, and grounded lifestyle practices. My work blends evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, individualized approach—because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither are you.
Through one-on-one coaching, Reiki sessions, and guided programs, I support clients in letting go of perfectionism, rebuilding trust with their bodies, and creating routines that support sustainable health—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether you’re working through burnout, digestive struggles, emotional eating, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk beside you.

Certified Personal Trainer, Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach

My name is Aaryn! 

I have been with  Nourish for 4 years but didn’t officially become a part of the team until 2 years ago. My roles include being Nicole’s right hand gal as her Personal Assistant and helping her keep the business organized to being a Certified Personal Trainer helping support our community and clients in their wellness journeys. I’ve also completed my Online Nutrition and Fitness Coaching certification and I am more than thrilled to be able to start working more closely 1-1 with clients and dive deeper into their journeys!

I come from a background of being athletic and participating in every sport and activity from hockey, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field- you name it- I was in it! As long as I was moving my body in one way or another, I was happy to do or try anything. 

This eventually led to my passion for the gym, fitness and movement overall.

When it came to my mental and emotional health, for as long as I can remember this was something I struggled with and always thought there was ‘something wrong with me.’ It wasn’t until I was just nearing my teens that I was diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety. This eventually led into run-ins with alcohol, drug addictions and finding myself in toxic relationships and environments and dabbling in and out of medication throughout most of my 20’s. Deep down that there was something more than just relying on a pill to help me feel balanced. 

Fast forward to covid and everything shut down which included gyms. Which resulted in me being at my highest weight with a low mentality and I knew I needed help or it was only going to keep getting worse. During the time I had been following Nicole for quite some time on social media and she had sent me a message that she was running an 8-week at home program to support those in need in uncertain times. Needless to say it was one of the best decisions I ever made!

I learned a ton about how to create a balanced diet, how food can be medicine and fuel for our bodies and how what we eat can affect how we feel. I also learned the importance of having healthy habits to build and rely on to set myself up even more for my mental health. For me, both a balanced diet and practicing healthy holistic habits go hand-in-hand in setting yourself for long term sustainability. 

Too often we get caught up in what is new and ‘trendy’ or what the next ‘quick fix’ is, only to right back at square one. And that is why I am here, to guide you and remind you to trust yourself, trust me as your coach and trust the process of the journey.
